In general, it's nice place for staying in Zipolite. Truly amicable personal. The pool is nice - useful on hot days.
I liked the apartment even though some things didn't work.

Peaceful and marvellous location, on the hill. Also - really close to nice restaurant, the main shopping strip of the village and good restuarants.

It was an ideal place for traveling to Zipolite. The location was exceptionally nice and magnificent.- The cute area just off both the beach, lovely restaurants, and the main shopping strip was great.- The staff was gentle and nice.- Everything was cool during the stay.

Nothing too much trouble, everything was cool here.
The location was stunning and peaceful, within walking distance of a long beach. All the stuff where very helpful and efficient. Easy check in. I cooked breakfast few times in a full kitchen.

Nice and kind owner and housekeeper, interior deco, newer compound building, comfortable and new accommodations.

our stay at this property was fantastic. the room was large, with a perfect desk for my laptop work, and a wonderful refrigerator with freezer for ice and cold drinks. the coffee maker, cups, and utensils were a special treat for breakfast. not to mention the air conditioning, which is rare in zipolite. highly recommended!

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants. the facilities were clean and comfortable.
The owner was terrible and completely out of touch with what was happening. He was rude and didn't seem to care about the guests.
